In this beginner-friendly cookie decorating class, you’ll create a beautiful floral pumpkin cookie platter featuring a soft autumn pumpkin surrounded by layered flowers, leaves, and delicate fall foliage. Once arranged together, your individual cookies become one gorgeous edible centerpiece—perfect for bringing to Thanksgiving dinner, Friendsgiving, or any fall gathering.

And the best part? You can absolutely make this, even if you’ve never decorated a cookie before!

I’ll guide you step-by-step through the entire platter while teaching you the basics of royal icing. You’ll learn icing consistencies, outlining and flooding, layering, piping leaves and florals, adding texture and dimension, and all the little details that make the finished platter look impressive.

Your class includes all pre-baked sugar cookies needed to complete the platter, royal icing, decorating supplies and materials, step-by-step instruction, and packaging to take your finished creation home.
